Note on data transfer to the USA and other third countries

Among other things, we use tools from companies based in the USA or other third countries that are not secure under data protection law. If these tools are active, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in these third countries. 5. Analysis tools and advertising

Matomo

This website uses the open-source web analysis service Matomo. Matomo uses technologies that make it possible to recognize the user across multiple pages with the aim of analyzing the user patterns (e.g. cookies or device fingerprinting). The information recorded by Matomo about the use of this website will be stored on our server. Prior to archiving, the IP address will first be anonymized.

Through Matomo, we are able to collect and analyze data on the use of our website-by-website visitors. IP anonymization

We host Matomo exclusively on our own servers so that all analysis data remains with us and is not passed on.

Google Web Fonts

7. Audio and video conferencing

Data processing

For communication with our customers, we use online conference tools, among other things. The specific tools we use are listed below. If you communicate with us via video or audio conference via the Internet, your personal data will be collected and processed by us and the provider of the respective conference tool.

The conference tools collect all data that you provide/use to use the tools (e-mail address and/or your telephone number). Furthermore, the conference tools process the duration of the conference, the start and end (time) of participation in the conference, the number of participants and other "contextual information" related to the communication process (metadata).

Furthermore, the provider of the tool processes all technical data that is used to process the online

Scope and purpose of data collection

 

If you send us an application, we will process your associated personal data (e.B. contact and communication data, application documents, notes in the context of job interviews, etc.), insofar as this is used to decide on the justification of a Employment relationship is required. If we are unable to make you a job offer, if you reject a job offer or withdraw your application, we reserve the right to store the data transmitted by you with us on the basis of our legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) for up to 6 months from the end of the application process (rejection or withdrawal of the application).

The data is then deleted and the physical application documents are destroyed. The storage serves in particular for purposes of proof in the event of a legal dispute. If it can be seen that the data will be required after expiry of the 6-month period (e.B. due to an imminent or pending legal dispute), deletion will only take place if the purpose for further storage no longer applies.

Longer storage can also take place if you have given your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) or if statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.

Inclusion in the applicant pool

If we do not make you a job offer, it may be possible to include you in our applicant pool. In the event of admission, all documents and information from the application will be transferred to the applicant pool in order to contact you in the event of suitable vacancies.

On our website we use the applicant platform "JOIN" of the provider JOIN Solutions GmbH, Schönhauser Allee 36, in 10435 Berlin.

This service allows us to present our company in the best possible way by loading open job advertisements from an external server.
